You got questions? We got answers!

Where are Jawnaments made?
Jawnaments were originally made in the most unique building in the area-- one that is HALF in Fishtown and HALF in Kensington.  Talk about an identity crisis. As of 2018, I make them in NextFab facilities in South Philly!

What are Jawnaments made of?
Jawnaments are high-tech!  Jawnament art is printed on massive printers, attached by-hand to 1/8" birch wood and then precision-cut with "frickkin' laser beams" to provide detail and durability!

How do I know I have an authentic Jawnament?
Each Jawnament is hand-signed and dated on the back by yours truly-- so you can be sure it's the real deal!

Will my Jawnament be absolutely perfect and will they all be exactly the same?
C'mon, now.  Nothing in life is perfect!  But we will get pretty damned close... The way we make the Jawnaments is still labor intensive... so it's an inexact science.  We apologize if it's not as perfect as a mass-produced-in-China, big-box ornament, but that's how we roll here in Philly.  With that said, they are definitely consistent and won't embarrass you when someone opens it up!

How are Jawnaments packaged?
Once again, we are placing each Jawnament in a colorful flat paper bag with a nifty Jawnament sticker (it's even removable so you can open up your package and lovingly gaze at it).  Decided to ditch the Xmas ribbon and plastic bags (gotta save the earth)!  It's like a colorful Jawnament sleeping bag!

Will Jawnaments last for my great, great, great children?
We certainly hope so... BUT... we really have no clue.  Just can't guarantee that the color won't fade over time.

Can my Jawnament break?
Just like your back, your heart and many other ornaments, Jawnaments CAN break... though they are sturdy little guys, if you sit on them, use them for non-ornament purposes or try to do non-ornamental things with them (like using them as a screwdriver, pancake flipper or ice scraper, etc.), they will very likely crack or break.  So treat them with the same love you have for Philly and your neighborhood. And if they do crack, try some glue?

Who is making the Jawnaments?
Me.  Oh.  You wanted more info than that?  I'm Susan M. and I've lived in the Riverwards neighborhood of Philly for nearly 20 years.  I have a full-time job (I teach college business) and I used to have my own creative, small business so this isn't my first rodeo.
